Day 1: Meeting in the office at 8:30 AM Take a boat cruise for 1 hour on the Nam Ou River to begin visiting the Huay Hoy Village; after that, take the boat up the river; from here you will trek through deep jungle for 3–4 hours for a picnic lunch in the jungle; after that, trek to Mungngoi farm stay to take a rest, then continue to do a local fishing trip or tubing to see a nice river view. 4–5 pm: Return to the farm to learn about the typical cooking class. When you finish, you will join the dinner together and sleep at the homestay or in the dorms at the farm.

Day 2: Enjoy your breakfast at 9:00 a.m., then go across to hike up to the History Cave since the Vietnam War and the Muangngoi area viewpoint. At 11:00 a.m., take a boat cruise down the stream and walk for 40 minutes to the Tad Mok Waterfall. At 12:00 p.m., you will arrive at the waterfall, where you can swim in a natural pool and have a picnic lunch. At 13:00 p.m., walk to an organic farm for coffee and return to the boat ride down the river. At 15:00 p.m., you will arrive at Ban Hat Sao, where your English-speaking guide will take you kayak for 45 minutes to see the sunset back to Nongkhiaw.
